What Makes Our Coffee Special
Single Origin
Sourced from family farms in El Salvador, where producers and harvest workers are compensated fairly. Classified as SHG (Strictly High Grown), 1,500+ meters above sea level. Grown on volcanic soil using agroecological farming practices.
Cupping Score
Every offering is evaluated by an SCA-Certified Q-Grader using internationally recognized specialty coffee standards. All of our coffees score 86+ points, classifying them as ‘excellent’ and above—setting a higher quality standard.
